How You Gained the Position: In David's second year, his first year of eligibility for the quidditch team he tried out for chaser, because two of the previous chasers had just graduated. By the end of the tryouts, he was third in the running for a chaser position so he didn't make the team. But he trained as much as he could over the summer and came back and gained a starting spot.
