Pet Age: We have this because you're not going to be bringing an owlet, a tadpole, or a kitten that hasn't opened it's eyes yet to Hogwarts. Also, we'll know when to expect your pet to die.
Appearance of Pet: Do you have a pic? No? Then write it out. But please, please don't tell us stupid stuff like the color of the nails or talons or whatever.
Special Powers: Okay. I'm pushing it with this one; I'm going to trust everyone not to make an uber pet. VERY FEW pets will have any powers at all.
